This book really is a 'complete' book of spells! looking into traditions from ancient Egypt, Sandinavia and Celtic Magicks, its a nice mix of ancient and modern magick. There are spells for love, happiness, success at work, money & prosperity, protection (this is the biggest section), changes & transitions, health and healing, animals, banishing & binding, the planet and how to write your own spells.The chance of you actually casting all of these spells or even 75% of them is seriously slim but i always find it interesting to read spells as it gives you a great insight into the rituals that have been followed for centuries and the work behind spell casting, giving you plenty of ideas and inspiration.This book is written with the solitary witch in mind and has a vast collection of spells that are easy to do when you most need them. Cassandra says"like any good recipe book, i have included spells you can do in a hurry using the basic contents of your store cupboard when needs are pressing"Even if you dont think you'd use any of these spells i'd recommend it as a piece for your bookshelf/research!

In line with all her literature - Amazing. There are spells for practically anything you can think of. If you have a very specific matter to address that isn't in this book you can always email her and she works very hard to get back to you. Cassandra Eason is a true gift to this world. She is a principled practitioner and shares as much as she can to those who wish to learn from her and create a happier world with her teachings. Not only is she wonderful, she is someone you can trust.

I can safely call myself a 'beginner'. This book is simple and easy to access. Not complicated. Nicely written by a woman who really knows how the mind works an the situations we are living in all the time.If you are considering this book, you might like to know what sort of spells are included, so out of all the hundreds of spells that are in this tome, I'll select a few at random:*Spells for dealing with disasters: An angels of the rains spell to end drought or to bring clean water to an area.*Spells for Health and Healing: An onion spell to bury an illness*A Viking Runic Spell for Abundance*A hair spell for Getting Something You Really Want*A Spell to Help You Keep a Positive Attitude to Life and Maintain Well-Being* A simple Candle Spell to Encourage a Reluctant Lover.*A Rose Quartz or Amethyst Spell to Dream of the One You Love.I feel that this is an empowering thing to do. These are tried and tested way to put yourself in a position of power in your own life. Great!

I have loved Cassandra Eason's books for years. I love that there is no preaching. There is no "you must do this at this time under this moon phase during this zodiac sign". The spells are easy to follow and we'll written.

It's a very well written practical book with ingredients that one can get hold of quite easily. At the back of the book also, she goes through how to write spells and lists out the different conditions that could be used to get the desired result. All in all a very good book to keep on the bookshelf to refer back to over and over again. Blessed be.

This is the ultimate book of spells.There are many books that simply list spells, and they can be useful to give an experienced witch ideas as to new avenues to try, or show the intermediate witches the wide range of possible magic for a problem. The problem is that it is mostly new witches that are attracted to such books, and the lack of chapters on the Wiccan Rede, the ethics of magic and the history of witchcraft, is a concern when in the hands of beginners. This book suffers from this problem as much as any other I have seen, but thanks to the experienced author, Cassandra Eason, it navigates the pitfalls reasonably well by concentrating on very simple spells, which are not just easy to perform, but also most of these spells could not be called even grey, let alone black, so that not even an inexperienced witch could call the wrath of karma upon herself. Some of the spells are even quite humerous!This heavy book is stuffed with long and short spells for everything , ordered into chapters dealing with issues ranging from love and personal happiness, over financial issues and work to dealing with changes in one’s life, healing and animals. There are even some spells to heal the planet, and at the end, my favourite chapter which explains how to write and cast you5r own spells, which every budding witch should learn how to do.

very informative if you are looking for a variety of spells to preform its not just another spell book that repeats itself with the same old spells but writen by another author its truly a book with a variety of spells for pets ,lovers, healing and even how to locate objets that were lost . good read

I GOT THIS BOOK USED IT IS NOT BAD I JUST LOVE HOW THICK IT IS I HOPE TO LEARN A LOT OF SPELLS FROM HERE. I AM GLAD I ORDERED IT .

I ordered the Kindle version wish I ordered paperback. It is OK but some of the spells are not clear but I think the spells that I have done do actually work :-)

I was looking for a different book actually. The cover was similar to another book I read which had a good amount of spells in it and without so many new age elements in it.

I was curious about what this book had inside of it. This was a curiosity item. I wondered why people thoughtit was okay to do spells and what they did. It is an interesting book but very different.

I saw all the good reviews of this book and decided to get it. I for sure wasn't going to spend 35 bucks on a book that I probably only use one or two spells. So I got it used and for under 2 bucks. But anyway I have been reading this book and it seems odd that these spells she writes just wouldn't seem to work properly. I am used to scott cunningham's books and those work. I am still in the research phase of the book and trying to find which spell to try out. I guess I will have too see.
