A must have!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic product. We bought from Slip Drs originally (4 months ago) for my elderly moms shower and it was so easy to apply and worked so well that we ordered 2 more bottles, on Amazon, for my sisters house. The productssmell isn't offensive while applying, dries quickly, and the sandy grit is not uncomfortable to stand on. My mom says that she really doesn't notice its even there. Its clear so it doesn't alter the color of the tub or shower. Its easy, permanent (so far) and safer than decals or mats. Plus you don't have to worry about mold or mildew that mats or dwcals collect.

Finally not afraid of slipping in my shower
I am so impressed with this product, that only took minutes to apply. I hate those suction cup bathtub/shower mats that usually hurt my feet and create a moldy mess. This product is clear and my feet feel secure on the floor. I'm going to treat the other tubs and showers in the house immediately! I have sensitive feet and the surface is completely comfortable. GREAT PRODUCT. It comes in a tiny little plastic bottle and what looks like a toy roller, but don't get thrown off, it's all you need.

Waste of money
Description said it would cover a standard tub or shower. Well it requires 2 coats and I barely got one coat of coverage out of this bottle. For the ridiculous price for a 1 oz bottle it did not even perform as intended. I ended up buying a 6 oz bottle of a similar product that was cheaper than this 1 oz bottle that worked exactly the same and actually had enough product to complete the job.

Excellent product - works as advertised - but wears off
I was skeptical about Tub Grip, since at the time this review was written, the presentation/packaging was a bit amateurish/entrepreneurial, as shown in the product photo: a plastic bottle of yellowish fluid with a homemade inkjet label stuck on, accompanied by a sloppily-photocopied half page of instructions and an off-the-shelf foam roller. But the product does work very well. It was super easy to apply (5 minutes to scour the tub, 2 minutes to apply the product), and it indeed dried to a clear, textured surface that will prevent slipping. The product appears to be some kind of thinned industrial adhesive that is whipped into a rough surface during application by the action of the foam roller... pretty ingenious. Pros: Easy to apply (so simple anyone could do it), negligible odor, quantity provided is enough to do one average bathtub or shower. Although the product looks yellow in the bottle, it does dry clear. Cons: Can be hard to see during application. If the formula could be improved to go on with a distinct color and dry clear (as some glue sticks do), that would be helpful. No ingredients are listed - a bit of a concern since this coating will contact my family's bare skin. It's also unclear if it will be possible to REMOVE Tub Grip from the bathtub if that ever becomes necessary. Finally, the price is kind of high for what this product is; it ought to cost under ten dollars. Granted, one could ask "What price on SAFETY?" but surely this could be sold profitably for less and still achieve a higher margin than the ugly mats and stick-on products it replaces. UPDATE: Knocked the review down to 4 stars. After about 8 months of daily use washing my two children in the bathtub, the Tub Grip coating has darkened slightly and is beginning to wear off - in some places, it's completely gone and we're back to a slippery enamel surface again. Looks like in a bathroom that's used regularly, it could be necessary to apply this product on an annual basis. That's not completely unexpected, but I think the product ought to be cheaper or a bit more durable.

Works Great, makes a huge difference!
Worked great! Instructions were super easy to follow and product was easy to apply (you will need some 200 grit sandpaper for prepping FYI). I was a little suspect at the size of the bottle you get, but a little goes a long way! I have a standard size shower pan and I had plenty to cover the whole pan twice (as instructed). Some of the reviews mentioned it not lasting very long, so time will tell on that, but it made a huge difference and I am very happy with the results.

Do not waste time and money on mats - they don't work
After numerous tub mats that failed and caused serious slips and falls, I used AI to find the best product. I was led to this item by SlipDoctors. I read the 1-star reviews to learn mistakes to avoid. My installation was perfect. I prepped the tub surface per instructions, scrubbed, washed, and allowed to dry completely. Using the roller brush, I spread the solution thinly but evenly to cover not just the floor of the tub, but also two inches up the vertical curvature of the tub. This was to prevent boundary lines on the floor of the tub when it dries, from where it can easily begin to peel. I suspect reviews that complain of peeling may have laid it too thick with boundaries where peeling can start. I waited 48 hrs before use. For the first time it was no longer scary to stand in soapy water in the bath tub. The treated surface provides a solid grip with no slipperiness. If this lasts even one year, I will consider it far better than any mat we've used. The mats are dangerous and provide a false sense of safety.

Only lasts two months
It worked well for two months then wore off in the heavy use areas. Customer service refunded so that was good

No more slip hazard!
We just bought a new to us house and our stand up shower is that preformed plastic insert and it was so slick even though it was "textured". I purchased this just based of previous reviews. Let me tell you this stuff is great our shower is no longer a slip hazard! I am impressed. Super easy to apply and hardly any smell.
