The best Waist Trainer Belt!! I absolutely loved this waist trainer, ever since I bought it it has been super comfortable to wear and I love how I can easily adjust the belt so it won't be too tight on me causing it to hurt me. Since the moment I started wearing it, it has been very easy to use and unlike other waist trainers this one stays in place and doesn't move around when I walk, sit down, or workout. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product to others as it fits true to size and it will shape your body perfectly.

I am 5`5", and size S. I purchased Size L, which fits me perfectly. The inner layer is not stretching too much on me and outer layer elastic belt is strong and flexible. It wraps tightly my front belly and supports my back spine comfortably and efficiently. Though I don't see as much sweat off around my waist as other brand while I was working out, the quality of the product is really good and the price is reasonable. It can be not only used as a waist trimmer but also good for daily back support and posture adjustment.

Like the fact that it covers the entire area I needed it to cover. It has a good grasp of the body, with a snugly fit. Great for work out and keeping in shape.

This trainer has some inherent design flaws unless you already have a waist. For one, I don’t understand the point of the eyelets because this trainer won’t zip unless you can secure the last eyelets ... so why have them? You can’t close the velcro extensions unless the trainer is completely zipped because the extensions aren’t long enough even though they’re stretchable. Even with this corset zipped, the extensions are barely long enough to stretch and connect in front, and I can easily zip this trainer up. There is no opportunity for me to gradually work my way to an ideal fit. This is disappointing because I measured myself multiple times to make sure I ordered the right size and I used their measurement guidelines. On the positive side, I will say it’s a comfortable material and the velcro is strong which I really appreciate.

It’s very comfortable you can wear it all day which usually I don’t wear any shape wear for more than 2 hrs because I get so uncomfortable. It’s super stretchy, easy to put on, you love it! I’m so glad I bought will definitely buy a size down when I loose the weight I want to loose.

I Love this waist trainer I use it every day Im trying to lose baby weight. It’s breathable nice and tight and I can we’re it all day because it’s comfortable I told my sisters and friends about it my lil sister got ordered hers I know she’ll love it like me.. 😍

It is very uncomfortable. I have a big butt and deep arch so it rolls up and makes a fold on the sides. The metal pinched my sides

There are 2 different size charts, one under size guide and one in the photos of the product. They are VERY different sizings. I got a large and it was way too tight. I did actually buy this for pain relief but never used it for that purpose since the product doesn't fit.
