Tried twice a week apart as unable to do more. Found these caused me bad stomach pains all the next day after taking one tablet the night before bed. Stomach became very bloated & uncomfortable even after going a few times & Def need to be near a loo as diarrhea can come on unexpectedly. I wont be using them again or either recommend them.
