Be aware, there are two flaws with this listing. The 16 piece set that's advertised in the images, is NOT the set you're getting. It's actually a better set in my opinion. READ the product description from Amazon. The second flaw is the product listing from Amazon. What you actually get is: an 8” and 10” frypan; 12” frypan with lid; 3QT sauté pan with lid; 1QT, 2.25QT, and 3QT saucepans with lids; 5QT stockpot with lid; and 8QT stockpot with straining lid and pouring spouts Note that anyone marking lower ratings probably doesn't know how to cook on these pans. Recommend looking at some youtube videos (or something) so you can optimize your cooking techniques. Also, if you want a set that you can toss around, beat up, and throw in the dishwasher, you should probably look at an all stainless steal or cast iron set. If treated properly and cooked on like a professional, these are great and will last a long time!

Haven't had them for long, so I can't speak to long term quality. But so far they're the best pans I've had. And I love the way they look. Tried a couple of different brands when it became obvious that teflon was problematic. Some were just ok. If you come across a brand called "Scan Pan" save your money, they were terrible.

We have been SO careful with these pans. Hand washing carefully with a special sponge, we bought all new silicone utensils for cooking with. After about two months of use, we saw a couple little chips in the non-stick coating. We are 4 months in, and almost every single one of the pots/pans are chipped and scratched. We reached out to customer service through Green Pan and they have not been helpful at all. We would prefer our money back and to be done with these pans but that isn’t an option we can choose. We thought we did lots of research, read reviews, and looked into many different brands. We thought green pan was going to be the best option. We should have listened to the reviews more. Save your money. Don’t do it. A pan from Hells Kitchen at Home Goods lasted 10x longer than these overpriced things.

Really like this set Very easy to clean only problem not really a problem they are very heavy a little nervous about it breaking my stove top take care not to drop. One thing I do not like is the lids do not have a vent hole most pots and pans without the vent hole can be hard to cook with have to tilt and lid handle s do get hot. Very pleased with the set was a little expensive but worth a price hopefully will last a very long time.

Great at first, then they start to chip. THe coating is a huge let down.

So easy to clean. I waited too long to buy these. Believe it or not it’s much easier to make an omelette than scrambled eggs with them. The scrambles eggs just stick but really easy to clean it. Very, very happy! Works with induction.

We spent nearly $400 on this set of pots & pans for my wife and unfortunately one of the pans came out of the package with a rather ugly scar on it due to poor handling. To be clear, I think the quality of the pots and pans themselves seems to be very good. They are heavy duty and seem very well constructed. I'm sure we will buy more of these pots and pans in the future. That will depend on overall durability after we've used them for a while. However, when spending this kind of money, I don't expect the product to come out of the box damaged. I'm not sure whether we will seek a return or not. The process is usually more trouble than it's worth. Amazon and it's delivery service is getting a little sloppy...

I used these around 1 or 2 times a week with silicone utensils and a special cleaning sponge. After 4 month they are no longer non-stick. You can find much better and for a better price!
