So far I love this freezer that I bought for my store. It was hard to roll into the store because of its height and the fact that they had a wooden protective shell around the wheels that took a while to dislodge but I believe it was necessary to protect them. It was wrapped professionally and no damage at all. So far I am happy with it in its first couple of weeks. It is pretty quiet and notice that if the door doesn't open for a while it makes a slight noise that probably has to do with defrosting. It stops after a few seconds so I don't foresee this as a problem. Its a great display for my frozen food and ice cream. If anything changes will post.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!I purchased this freezer less than two years ago and had been pretty happy with it until the compressor went out. They have a warranty listed on here that says “2 years parts and labor” that they are NOT HONORING.The actual delivery date that we received our freezer was July 3rd 2018. Our purchase date on Amazon was June 24th 2018 BUT we did not receive or start using this freezer until it was delivered on July 3rd. The day our freezer stopped working was Thursday June 25th, the day I emailed MCP-Distributions about warranty. We did not have this freezer for 2 years before it stopped working.They say I am covered under the 5 year compressor warranty and offered to send me a compressor BUT require that I pay for ALL shipping costs (they have not told how much that will be) and ALL the labor to install it. Which has been quoted to me from a reputable local company at over $400.00. This company is now asking me for a photo of the compressor to see if they have one they can send me. It’s suspicious that they don’t know which compressor belongs to this model of freezer.The emails from Todd via his manager Wes have now become rude in tone and their customer service is appalling. I gave them several opportunities to make things right and they refused.Listed below are actual copy and pasted proof of the information I knew when originally purchasing from this company and the information they have given me since starting this whole process.A. When I ordered, by mistake i ordered a Refrigerator instead of a freezer. When I contacted the company and informed them of my mistake they immediately cancelled my order and they suggested the the Freezer they had.

So far so good! Ordered 1 for one store and another one for our second store a week later. Using for ice cream and cools quickly. Great product, quick shipping!

This is a great unit. The company was very nice and responsive to all our questions and request. Very pleased with the freezer and the service. We will be ordering another one soon.
