I have 1 TB NVR and cams and love it. I can always see real-time w no lag or issues whenever I need to check out home cams from the office. Great 24/7 customer service too. Joyce Wang was super helpful and professional. She helped me set it up right away. I'll be ordering another outdoor camera next

The cameras work OK and are relatively easy to set up. The resolution is somewhat low. I would recommend going with 1080p full HD if you really want to have details of what is going on. The biggest issue that I've had with the system is that I cannot get it to actually record, and worse, Zmodo's technical service team is abysmal. I have called several days in a row and their wait time for customer service is over two hours. They do not have an option for a callback, and they don't respond to emails. If the system worked and recorded it would be a decent system for the price, but Zmodo's technical service is lacking.

One camera holder broke immediately. It was necessary to connect / re connect to network constantly. Notified (Alerts) during time it was scheduled to me off (Home). Alerts show 4 second clip only.
