Very poor quality
The media could not be loaded. The shower holder does not keep the shower head held up. It is constantly slipping, and sometimes hitting me on the head. There are also a number of rusty marks.Very disappointed 😞

Good buy but hard to install
The shower head was difficult to install as there were no instructions in the box. It needed 2 washers which weren’t in the box either. An explanation of the various head settings should be included as well

Hose not fitting right
It was a bit difficult to put in wall as had to use electric screwdriver I thought it would have fit the original holes. But once it was up looked good. The only problem was the hose was not flush at my shower controls. It did not fit right so when I turned it on some of the water was coming out at the bottom of the control. I have had my power shower 14 years so don’t know if it is that. I had to end up putting my old hose back on.
