I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and I am not a great believer in taking supplements, as most of the time they simply do nothing. I do not write reviews either! However, after doing some research into collagen supplements to improve skin conditions (complexion, skin elasticity, anti ageing and most importantly for me, to improve my stretch marks) I decided to give these a try based on their high rating. I am absolutely blown away by the benefits. In the last month I have noticed my skin is more hydrated, my frown lines have decreased, pores reduced in size and my skin feels tighter. I have even noticed that the skin on and around my stretch marks has improved (feels a little thicker). A friend who has been cutting my hair during lockdown also mentioned how noticeably thicker my hair is. It is by far the best supplement I have ever taken and has just benefitted me in many ways. The capsules are relatively easy to swallow and have a slight aftertaste (I think it’s the turmeric) which is not an issue. I have not noticed any other side effects. I have also noticed changes in my mood and sleep patterns, but I cannot claim 100% that this is due to the supplement, as yet. Furthermore, I may now attempt to get laser surgery on my stretch marks again, as previous attempts always failed to garner results. I am hoping that this supplement may promote the repair production of them. Overall, I am a very happy customer and just so grateful I found this supplement.

As a post menopausal woman I find these helpful in maintaining hair, skin and nails. Have noticed my hair appears slightly thicker, nails are stronger and skin is less dry. Capsules are of a size not too difficult to swallow like some supplements. Will keep taking these as they’re worth the cost

Bought this to improve my skin, been taking for just under a month and my skin is the same however, my nails are thriving. I've always had nails that split, and they split all the way up my nail bed. They have completely healed, feel stronger and are a healthier colour. So whilst it's not improved what I wanted, the nail health improvement is a massive bonus.

I have used these over the years and tried other products and gone back to these. Within a few weeks I noticed my nails were stronger and after 8 weeks my hairdresser said I had a lot of new hair growth and my hair felt thicker. 2 tablets a day which are tasteless. So many things out there on the market but these are thing I have actually seen a change.

Jury is still out as to effectiveness but this is my second purchase. Easy to swallow and write u was encouraging
