Monster High Great Scarrier Reef Glowsome Ghoulfish Frankie Stein Doll

Love the "Great Scarrier Reef" line! All of the dolls have unique sculpts and lots of little details, and Frankie is no exception!The dolls are advertised as being able to "stand" on their tails, and I was a little hesitant, but it actually works. It's a much more interesting look than just having the dolls mounted on a stand.I know some people have experienced dolls with poor paint jobs on the face, but i have not yet had this experience. The eyes and make up paint looks great, and I love the little accessories. Each of the girls in this line has a look inspired by a sea creature related to them; Frankie is of course, inspired by an electric eel. Her "tail" has electric/ lightening bolt marking that glow in the dark, and her top has a similiar motif.Overall, a well done doll. Although these aren't technically collectors items, the attention to detail makes them more interesting and a better value than "regular" dolls. Highly recommend, especially if you are a MH fan.

I just LOVE these Monster High Great Scarrier Reef dolls. I appreciate the thought and effort that went into creating each individual character's identity as a creature of the deep. What better ocean dweller for Frankie to turn into than an electric eel? The tail curling so that she doesn't need a stand is brilliant. The glow in the dark details on her side fins are such a fun addition. There is plenty here to love about this doll, I highly recommend her!

I got this for my sea witch altar. I wanted a Devine feminine and Devine masculine statue and I wanted a mermaid statue for the Devine feminine but I wasn't satisfied with the look or price of any of the mermaid statues I found on Amazon so I decided to check the toy section and this is almost perfect! What I like is that I would call her more of a siren than a mermaid which is pretty freaking sweet but what is even sweeter is she is a sea serpent siren and she has some blue hair. I like how easy she is to stand. I would say the only downside is I wish all her hair was blue and I wish it looked better out of the ponytail but honestly I don't think I will be able to find anything better to represent my Devine feminine on my magic altar than this!

Perfect doll for a doll collector. She comes in a box and without a stand as her fin will allow her to stand unassisted if you mold it a certain way. Her face is painted perfectly, there are no imperfections. This is a great doll and was purchased at a great price. Thank you Mattel.

My daughter was very excited to open this on Christmas she loves the Monster High dolls but had been saying for awhile they needed mermaids. Shes very happy with the "Great Scarrier Reef" set. Only downfall is now she wants me to buy them all!

I was a little skeptical buying these dolls at first, but they are actually quite adorable. I was worried they wouldn't be as functional as the original dolls, but my daughter loves them! She includes them when she plays with her monster high school castle and loves being able to reenact the movies! Definitely a great buy for any monster high fan!

really cute. came quick and well packed.love her...only negative i can say is hair is a little thin. did not expect spongy material under the hair for the volume it has and can be seen if you don't cover it well.no any reflection to the seller just for mattel.

My granddaughter just loved it and wouldn't quit playing with it. She loved all the different pieces!! And the fact that the sea creatures glowed.
