What is the best way to store this after opening?

Hi, the packs come with a self seal zipper, so once opened, all you do is reseal again. Don't put your coffee in the fridge... controversial I know, but we don't recommend it - there is no need to chill ground coffee. Keep at room temperature and away from strong sunlight. Yes that problem has been resolved- Amazon mixed up labelling. Beans will be beans, Coarse grind will be Coarse. If you have had this problem, please contact us directly on our website and we will resolve this problem.
