Good for cooking
They are a bit bigger than a baseball and came dried. No worries though I'll use them for cooking. Reccomend this product if you come into it with knowing the size and that they're dried.

NOT FRESH
The product was not fresh, no water inside indicating it was very old. one of the coconuts was damaged so it's possibly exposed to harmful contaminants. Terrible Product. Very disappointed.
