First the good: it is bright and has a good selection of patterns. The suction cups are great even in direct sunlight on 100+ temp days.Now the not so good: the main body of the light feels like cheap plastic ( because it is ) and the lights will not work if the internel heat of the vehicle is high (100 +) however once the temperature drops they will function properly. And lastly the wires use to power the light are very thin should you choose to wire it direct.Overall it is a $20 dollar light that is just as bright as a $200 light of the same design. If you are looking for a cheap dash light that works but won't break the bank this is the light for you. If you want a light that is built with the same materials as a $200 light buy a $200 light.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  These lights were tough to mount. First, getting the suction cups into their places on the mount proved challenging. Considerable force is needed, as is finger dexterity. When you mount the light housing to the mount, screw the bolts in tight; otherwise, they will quickly come loose. Hand-tighten them as tight as you can.Other than that, they are bright little lights. Good bang for the buck. I don't anticipate them lasting longer than 1 year, due to the fact that the light housing cover is entirely plastic. It might not take the Texas summer too well.It'd be nice if the power cord was longer; my truck's 12v DC outlets are near the floor.

I bought 2 of these, one for the front windshield and one for the back. The one in the front fit perfectly. The rear window took an extra 5 minutes or so to make work. I didn't realize the angled plastic guard was not removable, so by default it will not work on a vertical rear window. However, with some tin snips and precise cutting I was able to cut the angle off and now it fits perfectly.I was really surprised at how bright these lights are in day time use. They are impressive compared to most other brands in this price range. I would definitely recommend this as a cheap and effective strobe light solution.

I really like the size of this unit. I am VFD and don't want to have this on my window all the time. I like that I can set it on the dash when I use it and store it away when I'm not. The suction cups are practically useless here in NM with our wild temperature swings and low humidity. What I do is I turned the holders downward and use the cups/ holders like feet. This keeps it from sliding around when I drive when it's in use and keeps it above my trucks light sensor. Using them as feet also allows me to set the shield more snug to the window than I could get hanging it up, keeping the light out of my eyes when driving at night. Quality product functions as stated, plenty bright, multiple flash patterns, etc... Some didn't like the cord, however the cord is the perfect length for me to have on my dash to the outlet (or when at top of window) and not tangling up or flopping all over when stored. Would be a nice thing if we had an indicator light on the button but not a deal breaker. I like that it keeps the setting so, if I do leave it plugged in I can just push the button on the plug and go. I really like the low power usage as well. I've seen vehicles run down batteries using hazard flashers but I don't worry leaving this little guy on. Summary. Great product, not too small, not too big, just right. Right size.

These lights are bright, not as bright as a Whelen, but will do the job. Upon trying it in actual use, I found out that the quality control of the manufacturer is substandard. Yes, they are made in China, but these "Wecade branded" lights are made to fail because of the soldering points inside the unit. I had to remove the cigar lighter adapter which comes standard with it because the wire used to power this unit is 24 ga wire (same as 24 ga stranded wire used for telephone handset cords) so I hard wired mine with 18ga wire from Striveday (also sold by Amazon) and connected it to a STL (Speed Tech Lights) switch instead. Though this is an inconvenience and a modification to the light, the two Wecade lights I purchased are now working as they should. Overall, its a good light if your budget can't afford a higher end light such as the Whelen's.

It fits perfectly under the rear view mirror and the cord is coiled so it will stretch done from mirror. Keep in mind it is made to be seen from the side but it will definitely grab people's attention when coming straight on or at a slight angle.

My husband, myself and my oldest son are in the fire department in our local town. We needed emergency lights for him our personal vehicles. I bought three of these hoping they would work well. So far they are great! I only have one small issue in that the suction cups seem to loose their suction after a day. Not all of them but sometimes it’s one side then next it’s the other. I might look into larger sections cups at some point. I don’t find this much of an issue therefore I’m still giving 5 starts! The lights themselves are well made, look great and work really well. I have mine at the top of my windshield which is right behind the black dots are that are on your windshield. We thought this might affect the visibility of the emergency lights. Nope! They shine right through. There is also several settings to change the pattern of blinking. We are very impressed!

HI VALUE!! For the price and its intended use its been fantastic. This mounts in the middle of my windshield and is used for Search and Rescue events. Its been on washboard roads for miles, gets inendated with dust(no cabin filter on my 1993 toyota landcruiser) and has useful flash patterns with great brightness. When this one dies ill be ordering another one.

Light mounts very easily and has a fairly long cord. I only wish instead of being coiled they were straight. The coil kind of pulls on the light while it's mounted. Super bright and has good flash patterns. The strobe function is bright enough to trigger a seizure.
