Very nice capsules, smell is a bit odd but nothing too much. Helped me relax a bit and have better sleep pattern. Helped increase my HRV and bit which was a bonus! I will definitely keep this supplement as a regular one.

I don’t usually write reviews but this product deserves one. I’ve tried many different brands for magnesium and never quite felt the effects of what those products were advertising. This however, changed my life. The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically, I went from feeling fatigued all day to haven’t felt that way since! Best thing I discovered recently. I hope it never gets discontinued. Guys, definitely buy.
