I’m usually a pretty skeptical person so I wasn’t expecting much from this but I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly think in my time religiously using the rinse that my minor tartar buildup lessened. I take very good care of my teeth but I’m terrified of the dentist, so I haven’t gone in a couple years. I’m an avid flosser, which is most important, but eventually I will notice a little tartar buildup behind my bottom front incisors which can accumulate in the slight space at the base between the 2 teeth. Even after 2 years since my last cleaning that area is still free of buildup. I doubt it can completely remove dense, hardened tartar buildup, only a trip to the dentist would do that, but for someone like me who is very proactive in their oral hygiene, it could definitely help and prevent the hardening of tartar.

I am nearly in tears writing this . As i cannot express enough how much this product works .. I am not getting paid or compensated for this review. But i was nearly to the point that I was ready to go have my teeth pulled and get Dentures. After going thru more than 10 years in active addiction to drugs and as a result having not so great oral hygiene habits , however mine were better than most because none of mine had rotted or were decaying . I just had years of build up on my teeth from being a smoker , coffee drinker and not having a proper dental cleaning in more than 10 /15 years .. my teeth just never felt clean no matter what i did . And my breath was not so great either . Totally embarrassing. So i read reviews and searched for a product to help .. and i have tried nearly everything that Amazon has for this . But this product works.. in less than 4 days i feel i have reversed years of build up and I am now going to schedule a dentist appointment, which is something i put off because i was ashamed at how my teeth looked . The plaque and tartar build up behind my bottom teeth was visible before and now its gone . I do wanna be honest and say that after the first and second use i started noticing that it was working I used it several times a day over a 4 day period.. brushing, rinsing and holding the rinse in my mouth for about 60 to 100 seconds each time then i took my electric dental calculas tool to my gum line and the hardened plaque started falling off . My teeth feel clean , and they are probably 4 shades whiter than they were before. I would buy this product even if the price was 5 to 10 times more than it is now .. Dont hesitate about buying this . I will be buying this for all 3 of my teen/ young adult kids . I have never had a product blow my mind the way this has

My dentist told me that I need deep cleaning and leading towards gum disease last year. After research came across this product. It was expensive for such a small bottle but took a chance and purchased it anyways. Couple of months after using the periogen, the different dentist told me that "I was lucky to be blessed with perfect gums". No need for deep cleaning or any sign of gum disease. 6 months later another checkup and dentist found no sign of tartar or plaque and told me to "continue to do what I was doing and maintain it" What I do is brush with periogen toothpaste in morning and waterpik flosser with 1 scoop of Perigen powder. Then brush with regular toothpaste. No sign of tarter or plaque and can feel teeth tha are clean Excellent product with great results, worth every penny

This is a really nice product I've been using for years. I bought this version of it because these packets are great for camping. Follow the directions and enjoy the benefits.

Tastes like a very mild baking soda, don’t get much of a mint flavor. It’s extremely THICK! Hard to squeeze out. It makes my mouth feel very refreshed and bleeding gums stop when I use it but the next morning tastes as if I hadn’t brushed at all. It’s definitely a helpful product keeping gingivitis at bay but hasn’t made any true improvements yet.

I bought this kit to get rid of the tartar. It may take some time to work, and I get rid of some tartar and some start to break down into small pieces! I will continue to use and I have high hope to get rid of all the tartar

I stumbled across this, while searching for a natural alternative to a deep cleaning and scaling at the dentist. It has broken down the calculus build up that I have had for years. after a few weeks of using the toothpaste and the powder both, I can floss and chunks hardened tartar build up break free. the dentist told me to do a deep cleaning I would need to do 6 weeks of antibiotics and risk severe infection due to the scraping of the blood vessels as they blindly clean below the gum line... Decided to try this and I am AMAZED at the results so far. I use it in conjunction with an all natural mouthwash called PerioBRite and it truly has helped my gums and teeth. I also brush some days with the pwder directly on the toothbrush not diluted.. or use my water pic- water flosser tool.

I am a believer! I use this in my water flosser and my mouth feels great. In the past, I used this for a year and never had better results at my cleanings. I stopped using it for about a year to try something else that was available locally and my dentist actually noticed that my gums were not quite as healthy. I am back to using this, and think it’s a great value! I only need about two bottles per year but love that this item comes with travel packs and toothpaste.

J’étais un peu sceptique mais j’ai quand même pris le risque de l’essayer. Je désirais retirer le tartre autour de mon fils d’Orthodontie. Après moins de trois semaines utilisation de la poudre dans mon Hydro propulseur je n’ai plus aucune trace de tartre. C’est un produit que je rachèterai certainement lorsque la bouteille sera fini!

This product is the only one I have found that keeps my mouth inflammation at bay! My regular checkups have improved over time. I do not like how hard it is to squeeze the paste from the tube…but all in all a great product

I had mixed feelings towards the product after reading the product reviews but decided to go ahead and try it. I am glad I did! The tartar has pretty much disappeared on my inner bottom teeth. It has bothered me for awhile as I haven't had a cleaning for some time. I would definitely recommend this product to absolutely anyone.
