The only honest review I am able to give at this point, is that the product arrived timeously, in good condition, and without any problems or issues. As for the therapy-side, I'm still sort of testing, although in all honesty, my breathing as one with emphysema, has improved markedly. I am home-bound (again, sort of), and work from home. I have the Salin+ in my room with me, and it has definitely helped somewhat since getting it.

As a mam of a crèche toddler who is constantly sick with coughs and colds - this has been a life saver. It really works to decongest the nose and therefore reduces coughing significantly. Don’t be afraid to get it nice and close to an extra bummed up nose! Within 15~20 mins, the nose will be dry! Recommend to all crèche parents!

This in just a few short days has made a difference to my breathing and my sleeping. I took a star off cause its noisy and I can't have it on through the night even at a lower setting so I put it on for a few hours before bed and that does the job.

Easy to set up plug and switch on….still waiting to see if it makes a difference in the bedroom….so far my little uns coughing has stopped at night so maybe a good sign that it’s working…biggest test probably be in the winter months fingers crossed

My daughter would cough throughout the night, she wouldn't wake but it disturbed her sleep, and ours. After using this for just a few days the cough went. You need to keep the door closed as it will only cleanse a certain area but it works, it definitely works. Only need to run it when you are sleeping.

Received this machine for my daughter who has a bad chest. When I plugged it in, it made a clunk noise and then nothing. I emailed them regarding this and they replied saying they had to get in touch with the manufacturer. One week passed before I had to email again to get an answer. This is equipment for a medical problem for a child. Making us wait a week for a response was awful. Not impressed at all. Got a refund after 2 weeks and will purchase again elsewhere

The fan is quiet. This is a standard 12 volt PC fan made in Taiwan, running from the 9 volt mains power module (supplied). It would be easy to replace were that ever to become neessary.

El ventilador se envía desde Irlanda y llegó aquí a España relativamente rápido, 10 días después de realizar el pedido. Pero es necesario comprar un adaptador DC 9V/500mA con enchufe europeo. Es una decepción que el vendedor 'First Direct' no se haya molestado en incluir el adaptador adecuado. Tampoco se proporcionan datos de contacto, así que espero que lean esta reseña.

Der Preis ist sehr gut. Der Erfinder des Gerätes scheint ein Rumänie zu sein und aus diesem Land wurde es auch geliefert, Ist ja kein Nachteil, nur eine Feststellung. Wenn der Regler auf minimal gedreht wird, hört man das Gerät kaum und denkt eher, es ist ausgeschaltet. Ob es dann noch die Luft reinigt? Aber auf Maximum ist die Leistung ganz gut.

I have it on every night while I'm in bed and I've had no asthma this year during allergy (birch being the worst culprit) season even though a colleague, who never suffers as badly as me, was having real breathing difficulties. I believe this has been hugely beneficial to me and I can't recommend it highly enough to hay-fever sufferers or people with breathing difficulties.
