Will this work on the plastic bumper of a 2016 Mazda 6?

I used this on the front bumper of a 2017 Mazda3, Sonic Silver, 45P color code, and the color matches perfectly. The scratch was small, 2 cm x 0.5 cm, and if you look closely, you can tell there is touch up paint applied. The surface texture of the painted area doesn't match the surrounding area but difficult to notice on a small area unless you look closely.

Why is there no color listed?

The color fits the paint code 0000-92-45P from your dealer sticker. It should match the Sonic Silver paint color.

Should I apply a clear coat after application?

No you don’t have to apply clear coat. This pen is only for very minor scratches and the color would not match 100%, and is not easy to use.
