Love that this works for nuna pipa car seat!! Called donkey company to verify for buying, and they said it has been tested and safe for use for the nuna. Very easy to take on and off as well.

Car seat adapter
As a twin mom, this is a must have for double strollers!! I have the bugaboo Dinkey 5 twin stroller and the double adapter that came with the stroller but loved this single one incase taking one twin a time.

I have the twin seat adapter that works like a charm but for some reason this one was very wobbly.

VERY DIFFICULT- wish other options existed.
I wish I would have known how difficult it would be to use this alongside the bugaboo toddler seat in the Donkey. It does the job fine- meaning the infant seat securely attaches to it, and therefore the stroller base- but the fit is too tight when there also happens to be a toddler seat in as well. This therefore affects the ease in which the car seat is attached/removed from the adaptor/stroller. I’ve spend many a frustrating minutes desperately tugging on things in order to finally be able to simply fold my Donkey back up and place it in the trunk of my truck. Although this does the job, and seems to be the only option available for this particular stroller and car seat (Bugaboo Donkey base, with a Maxi-Cozi infant seat, both brand new!)- I can’t help but wish there were other products out there to choose from. If there were, I would not have purchased this item having known what I know now about the maneuverability during set ups/break downs. But there simply are no other options, so I have to put up with it. Can’t wait until our newborn is old enough to ride alongside his brother in a toddler seat, so I can get rid of this contraption!
