Beautiful, but with some issues
The media could not be loaded. Great quality for the price. The color and design are as described, and the fixture is beautiful.Some issues of note:The sprayer is a button that stays on when pressed and does not need to be held down. This is an issue if you have kids and a husband who turn the water off without pressing the button again, leading to you being sprayed when going to the sink next. This issue alone is almost a deal breaker for me, and I now have to verify that the sprayer is off before using the sink.The fixture was a bit of a hassle to install but not in a way that would disuade me from buying it again.The sprayer leaks along a seam hidden in the design. I've contacted support and they are sending me a replacement, so I will edit this review if the replacement also leaks. If there is no edit, then the replacement doesn't leak.The sprayer, as it is made of brass, gets very hot when just the hot water is on, and it burned my hand the first time I used it. This could be dangerous for elderly people or children.

Made with used, old corroded parts that dont work. They both leak, On my custom wood countertops.
Cartridges look 10 years old. They leak. When water iwnoff it still has steady drip. This product looks nice but the insides are USED. With rotted o rings. And no replacement cartridges. Junk….. brass is corroded too . It leaked on my custom wood countertops tops and it took days to dry because it was unfinished an all of the wood absorbed the water. Costed me $400. I want my money back or I’ll be contacting aLawyer. This is the second time I have seen a product received from this company that has had used corroded insides.

Great faucet and sprayer
Has been working really well for us. Pretty easy installation (my dad did it without any profanity) and no leaking. It’s been about 5 months. Just a warning that you must turn off the hose button, not just shut the tap off, otherwise you’ll get soaked.

Heavy and looks great, but......
The faucet is heavy and seems to be well made. I just installed, so longevity I'm not sure of. PROS: well made,heavy duty,great look and finish, sprayer can shoot across the room on full blast. CONS: installation instructions are terrible, the spray nozzle stays on till you click it again to shut off. Meaning if you're rinsing the sink out with the sprayer and then turn the water off, when you turn the water on again the sprayer is still in spray mode and will shoot water everywhere. I'm sure it's good for splaying a trick on your spouse though.
