Good product
Installation took a couple of hours but I like the doors. Looks good and a quality product.

Shattered!
Ordered the door multiple times and every time the door arrived broken. When the door finally arrived unbroken, my contractor tried to install the door, the glass just shattered despite he had made sure the frame was installed properly and the instructions were followed carefully.Called Basco customer service, and they said the limited lifetime warranty on the door is actually 45 days only, and blame it on the contractor.On second thought, the door being that easily damaged on delivery should be a worrying sign. Don't waste your time and money.

Slow service from Basco
Product was detective. One of the panels was not drilled correctly. Contacted Basco and after a few e-mails, phone calls and photos they agreed. Still working with them a month later to get a replacement.

This was a Horrible Experience. Installed this Door for Friend of Mine.We we’re very carefull with it.Set on the top Rail(Gently) Shattered. Packaging was Sub Par.Don't buy this one!
