I wanted something less expensive to see if something like this is for me and I'm glad I bought it! I finish off my workout by hitting this for a few minutes and I feel like Rocky! my husband is entertained :)It's a great workout and I know it helps me get some aggression out too.I think it's worth every penny, as you don't get much these days for under $50!**Update 9/15/20: bummed! It took a good beating, but it can't take no more :( it was fun while it lasted. Any fix it ideas?

Its 100% worth it if you want the whole stand to move and want the stand itself. it comes with the stand, the punching ball, some cheap gloves, a pump for the ball, and some suction cups that are REALLY strong. when I punched it my hardest the red mesh over the bladder of the ball started to come off. so buy some tape or some type of glue if your gonna punch it hard. also if want the spring at the top this has it at the bottom so the whole thing moves instead of just the top. You really can't complain though on the other hand because the price is good for the amount of products it comes with

this item barely lasted 3 weeks... my young son used this appropriately and with care only to find the vinyl covering the inflated ball started peeling off and that the ball separated from the plastic piece that the stem screws into... after less than 3 weeks this is unusable... save yourself some time and trouble, look elsewhere, this item is not worth the money you pay

This is a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves boxing. I am a beginner and I’m glad this was my first boxing purchase, it does not disappoint at all. It looks great in my workout space, it brought the whole workout area together, it was just what my workout area needed.

this product is awesome! But there is one flaw that I noticed. After around a month of hitting it the top came loose and started to come off of its pole when you would hit it. So i threw some glue on it and it works perfectly fine now. This is a great product but that one thing!
