Excellent quality lock at a really great price. Very easy to fit. Took literally minutes to remove the old lock and fix the new. Only advise that I would give about fitting the lock would be to check the dimensions of the lock Inside of door to fixing screw and outside to fixing screw,

This lock felt sturdy and was easy to install, and it worked well. Liked getting 3 keys and was also happy I picked correct cylinder lenth.

Bought to replace an existing lock in which someone had broken the key! Fortunately it was possible to remove that one without much hassle. Probably already written, but these are only secured into the door by a threaded screw which requires removing. Then rotate the lock barrel to a position, using the key, or remaining broken piece, where it will slide out in either direction. If this is measured correctly then the new lock assembly will fit perfectly. Again using a key to line it up. Secure with the screw provided. Also 3 keys included. I suspect this is not as secure as a British Standard 3 star lock but this one is not as expensive in comparison. Seems to be well made and hopefully the keys are sturdy?!

I have PVC French doors and one lock needed replacing. When we moved in some years ago we paid a smith to change the locks, not knowing any better. This time around I wondered if it was something I could do myself and watched a video on Youtube showing how simple it is! One screw, slide the old lock out, new lock in, same screw used to secure it – literally done in 2 minutes with a cross-head screwdriver! The only thing to be sure of is that you order the right size (so you’ll need a tape measure/ruler too). Not just the overall length but the inside and outside measurements, as many locks are offset, i.e. sticks out more on one side or the other. That’s part of the reason I wanted the lock changed as the smith put one in which was 1cm too short on the outside as that’s all he had at the time! Having measured it properly I now have a lock that fits how I wanted it. Of course, if you’re just swapping a lock new for old, and the fit is correctly, then you can simply remove the old lock, measure the size you need (inside and outside measurements) and buy another with those measurements. Super easy. The lock itself is good, 6-pin tumbler rather than 5 (so it’s harder to pick) the action is smooth (no need to lubricate it) and it's sturdy (doesn’t rattle). …that’ll be £80 please ;)

I am very happy with it. Needed to replace balcony lock as I've lost key and wasn't locking at all. Now I feel more secure and safe. It looks and feels sturdy and does the job and was very reasonable priced, also, delivered faster than given date. Was very easy to place, also comes with screw and 3 keys. I've measured my old one before buying using instructions provided on product advertisement and the lock size was just right and same size as my old one. Totally recommend.

Nice quality, fits exactly as expected and very easy to change out the old one. Don't pay 80quid for someone to do this 5 minute job
