I was in charge of making a dessert table for my friend's bridal shower. On the menu was individual earl grey crème brûlées. These baked up really well in a water bath and I thought the 2-oz capacity was a great size if you also have other desserts served. 2-oz probably gave a good 3-4 bites of custard. The aluminum foil also held up well to the blowtorch for making the burned sugar tops.

Perfect for mini desserts such as mini creme brûlée and bread and butter pudding.

These are such a cute size, I teach preschool and the children decorated the outside of the cup and we put tea light candles in them. The tea light fit perfectly in the bottom and it was short enough that you could see the flame over the top of the cup.

These were perfect for the mini Creme Brule I was making. A 2-3 bite size cup.

They work well and are made from heavier aluminum than I expected.

These are great for cooking oysters Rockefeller.
