I ADORE THESE!
After using a friend's towel that has this texture I had to get some for myself. It gives such a nice scrub to the skin and slurps the water off you so much faster than a smooth towel! And the texture helps hide little stains. Plus it's just cute. I like the aqua here, it is not too bright but not too pale. Just like in the pics. The texture provides enough visual interest but the edge provides a little extra beauty with a diagonal stripe texture. Subtle but pretty. I got a few different towels at the same time as I'm very indecisive and I regretted a few of the ones with more pattern. Just looks so busy once the whole set is there in the bathroom with the soap and shower curtain and everything... IMO a plain towel set is the most tasteful. But the textures of these strike the perfect balance, being simple but still beautiful. Also, some of the more elaborate, "luxurious" towel sets I got, it looks goofy if I try to use the hand towel in the kitchen, but these look appropriate anywhere. It doesn't scream "bathroom towel". You could take it to the beach or gym and your pals won't giggle. Really the perfect towels. My only complaint is the lint. I washed them a half dozen times to get that signature amazon stink out before use, but even so, the first time I dried off I was horrified to find myself coated in fuzz. I didn't notice how bad it was until I started applying lotion and that made the lint form into a trillion little balls. Not cool. I especially don't like lint in a hand towel as my hands will transfer lint to food I am prepping, or my contact lenses- I expect my hands to be clean after I wash and dry them. After a few weeks of use I would estimate they've been washed ten times now and the lintiness is finally almost gone. ALMOST. So I am guessing it takes at least a dozen washes/dries to get them low-lint. On the bright side, they seem very sturdy so if you want to launder them until you get all the lint off before you start using them, they won't be worn out by then.I like them so well I plan on getting a few more sets.

Bought these hand towels for the kitchen since the bath towels were so perfect for the bath
I recently purchased a set of 6 (2 bath, 2 hand, 2 wash) of the Welhome Franklin Premium for the bath, and we absolutely love them. They are very absorbent, dry quickly enough in 12 hours to be a definite plus, and have a weight that is desired in a bath towel. As I find that most kitchen towels push water around a dish instead of quickly absorbing, it occurred to me that the hand towels might be perfect for the kitchen. I purchased this set of 4 and they did not disappoint. I chose the navy blue, thinking the color would not scream "bathroom". I certainly recommend these as a kitchen towel.** TIP on an unrelated topic - that is marine carpet that you see in the photo. Our standard poodle is an extremely sloppy water drinker, and after trying a variety of things to manage the water being constantly slung around the kitchen, we thought to give boat carpet a try. We have a narrow, galley style kitchen (I guess that is fitting, right? HA!) so it was an easy install. And it works! Water is absorbed and dries quickly. No more stepping in big puddles of water. Just an idea for anyone looking for a solution.

Bought in white and gray
I really do love the way these towels feel and especially that they are organic cotton. They are holding up well. They have been through several washings and I have not had any pulled threads and they are still very absorbent. I bought gray and white. The gray has faded spots though. I am trying to figure out what it is that I am using that might be causing them to get these bleached out spots on them. Maybe something in my facial soaps or shampoo/conditioner? Not sure yet. I know with my older towels that did the same, it was from facial products that I was using for acne, but I stopped using those products. I do use a purple conditioner so maybe this is doing it? However, the rest of the set still looks and feels great minus the 2 that have the beached out spots. I do like the attractive but simple design and that they are not too thick with super fluff but thick enough to feel comfy and still absorbent. I would say to anyone who does not think they are absorbent, to be careful of your dryer sheets and to those experiencing pulled threads...mine just have not done that even after several washings and I still have a washer with an agitator. We often blame the products when in fact the problem "could" be in the way we use or clean the products. So think about what products you wash with then use the towel, what and how you are washing them, washing and drying along with, and the washer and dryer, etc. So often our other products are toxic. I would buy again!

Beautiful Tasteful Towels + 6 month UPDATE
I ordered a set of the Soft Rose and the Mineral and both are very attractive. I was concerned about the rose color being too pink/peachy but these are exactly as I wanted. They are a very tasteful muted earthy pink color and would work well with neutral earth tones. I had ordered another set in blush that Pinzon made and they were too peachy pink for my decor. I'm sending those back. The mineral is also a muted mineral green color. I would say that the photos represent the colors well.I washed both sets and I had no loose threads, holes, tears or tons of lint in the dryer. They came out fluffy and soft. They are not as thick as some towels are but they are not thin either. I'm very happy with both sets and will order the flax color set as well. I was able to purchase both sets with the discount coupon which was a fantastic deal but even at the regular price, I think they are worth it.UPDATE: I've been using these towels in the gray, flax, green and blush colors for several months and I've still not had any issues with fading, loose threads, holes or any other defect. I love them! I wash my towels at least once a week in a heavy duty top loading machine with an aggressive agitator and I dry them on low without any issues. These towels are very absorbent and they dry quickly. I highly recommend these towels.
