Not 5 lbs
The package came only partially full. No holes or anything, it just wasn't filled all the way. It seemed way too light to be 5lbs so I weighed it and it's about 2.5lbs. I will not be buying from this seller again.

Edit 12/12/18: I went a month without the zeolite and I could tell a HUGE difference in smell. Like magic when I added the first scoop the smell throughout the house was gone within a day. I still tell everyone to buy this brand!Mixed it with the litter for my 4 cats. Seems to be helping with the smell from what I can tell.Edit: Few weeks later and after a few poop scoops and re-adding a light dusting with a few scoops of new litter seems to of helped a TON. I'e tried multiple products and we introduced a new boy cat to our 3 girl cats and one of them would poop outside the box after the boy cat had peed. She seems to not notice the smell anymore and hasn't pooped outside the box since!I've tried multiple products and nothing seemed to of help like this did.10/10 it's on my shopping list for my cats for sure!

Very Effective for Cat Litter Box Odor
Zeolite powder is the same active ingredient as in other much more expensive litter box odor treatments. This is a much better bargain.Update. Really great. I add about 3-4 tablespoons when I fill my disposable litterbox made of recycled newspaper (purchased on Amazon). Then I mix abt 2 teaspoons in each day when I scoop and add a little fresh litter. I replace box every 2 weeks.

I wish I knew about this years ago!
I purchased this to use as a litter deodorizer. It works like a charm. No odors at all. This 5 lb bag will last me quite a while. I put some in an old sprinkle container so it's easier to use. If you have cats, I highly recommend this. It's all natural and it won't hurt your kitty.

KMI Zeolite from KMI Zeolite. This description says powder but I ordered granular and received granular. I use this as a soil amendment and it seems to work great when using a gritty soil mix for cactus/succulents. The plants growing with this seem to do better than those without.

A necessity for kitty litter smells!!
After buying the small shaker container I realized I could buy this larger container because we have 7 cats! I use a tablespoon in each litter box! I will buy a larger size next!!
