Knorr Professional Chicken Soup, 40 Portions (Makes 6.8L), 67799150

Love this Knorr powdered soup, i have a few flavours!I find that they don't have a lot of salt in them so have to add a bit myself.You can make these in 2 ways, on the hob by boiling some water and adding the powder or in a cup, doing it on the hob is better as you can judge the consistency better. I don't like my soup like water, i like it quite thick, by heating it on the hob you boil off some of the water so don't add as much powder. I suppose it's down to personal taste but i add a bit of salt and pepper to it to, maybe some sage :)The pots are easy to store and are fairly small, about 4 inches tall...they stack on top of each other like a glove!Overall this is a great product, the amount of servings is a bit subjective...depends on how big of a cup and how thick you like it. The 40 servings is for a 170ml cup....that's what i call a thimble, bare in mind a can of coke is 330ml! I normally have a big 500ml mug lol.

I bought a variety of Knorr Professional soups to try something new & because i wanted to make sure I had enough to last a long while. I have had some of the Chicken soup & some of the Lentil & Bacon soup, i have enjoyed them both. I don't doubt I will enjoy the rest of the different Knorr soups I have. I was expecting a measuring cup or something like that but that's just me being picky.

Could do with having bigger size

I've used this product to make a hot drink, also used it to make a casserole, the flavour is quite intense, but nice, am hoping to use this in other recipes.

Did what it said on the box

I used stock from a roast chicken and added a few bits of cooked chicken meat, a good spash of white wine and some parsely just before serving, Delicious!

Dont like the taste very powdery taste

great soup and if you prefer a thicker texture just add more powder
