Has very good suction easy to clean works well the only problem I had was when I first got it it was missing the HEPA filter on the bottom sent a picture to the seller within 3 to 4 days he got back and within a week I had one and he sent a whole new set thank you would recommend.First picture is a picture of the part he sent me that was that filter missing and then one of the vacuum itself (it came with a missing HEPA filter which is the fourth one in that picture)

When I started researching vacuums, it was tough to believe that any vacuum could truly live up to a claim of solving the issue of long hair wrapping around the roller. This one actually does.Beyond that, I love how easy it is to remove the canister and use the hose so I can vacuum our car very quickly and easily. This function is quite powerful as well.Some of my friends and family members have been buying shark vacuums for years. This was my first one. I would buy this again for the convenience power and performance of the product.Actually, I might need to since one of my dogs decided the hose was a toy. The hose is built so tough though that even though the dog who did this is a lab and has a pretty strong jaw, there hasn't been any adverse impact on suction so far, which is pretty amazing.

We go through plenty of vacuums and Shark is a favorite. They are lightweight, get into many areas and are easy to maneuver. We do not have a pet but have 6 kids and we keep a Shark on each floor of the house so one is always handy. They wear down and we replace every 2-3 years. I haven't found a vacuum that lasts much longer than that with constant usage.

Arrived broken in multiple ways, with a filter that had been dirty and appears to have been blown out to try to clean it. First off, the main metal hose was dented, I was willing to look past that, but then I saw a bad patch job on the bottom next to the soft brush roll. I probably would have been fine with that, but the noticed THE HOLE IN THE SIDE of the vacuum!!! Will be returned

I wanted to find this older model since someone had recommended the duo clean to me. It came in thoughtfully and professionally packaged and in a normal shipping time. The accessories arrived in brand new condition. And the vacuum was clean inside. My first use was very easy and could immediately see the cleaning power. Great price point.

Very easy to manipulate around furniture. I like the light in front…makes it easy to see what’s being sucked up..lol. I wouldn’t call it lightweight but it’s not bad. Suction power is good, especially on hard floors.

The media could not be loaded. I honestly just needed a replacement wasn’t going to pay $148 for just the powerhead so instead I thought this was a good score. The vacuum works perfectly. The suction is amazing. The filters are brand new the only thing about it is the floor head does not have the little chrome piece around the beater bar. It’s just blue and blank, but I’m happy with that. That’s fine. At least the vacuum works.

A good vaccuum overall for its price. Parts are cheaply made. After two years, the duoclean head peice has broken off into peices, which is dissapointing. Pic attached.
