I've used desiccated liver for many years and I can sure tell when I'm not using it. I hadn't used any for a year or two and I was having a problem recovering between sets at the gym. Within two weeks of getting on the liver again I felt great and the time between sets was improving and now I feel fantastic with much less time between sets and better overall recovery and a ton of energy! This is the only brand of this type of supplement that I can notice of difference in how I feel. Also the ease in being able to sallow the capsule is very important to me.
