Six Gentlemen Teapills (Liu Jun Zi Wan), 200 ct, Plum Flower 1.2 OZ

These were recommended to me by my acupuncturist, and they have made a difference. I am primarily taking them to help with bloating and to process the water in my body. They seem to help some, and especially at first, but I do have to take them often--like even 4 times a day. Immediately after taking them, I notice all the water that is surrounding my tummy melts away, which is great. But within a couple of hours, it does come back. I hope that I can stimulate my spleen in otter ways and really get this water issue solved. Its super disappointing to be 5-8 pounds heavier at the end of the day than the beginning--and all in water.

I purchase this product based on a recommendation from our canine holistic doctor. From what I see with regard to my dogs health this product works well.Note: I'm disappointed that the shipping cost for one bottle is $4.99, the shipping price should adjust appropriately as the quantity of bottles in one order increases.

This formula is pretty good for digestive problems related to spleen qi deficiency.
