NOW Supplements, Vitamin B-12 1,000 mcg with Folic Acid, Nervous System Health*, 100 Chewable Lozenges

I am in love with this vitamin b12 and folate because not only these pills brought my b12 and folate up even though I have been suffering from low b12 and folate for a very long time, these pills smell like raspberries and taste really good when you chew them. I find that since I am taking them my energy level has gotten better, I am just working on getting my iron levels and my hemoglobin back to par and these are helping. High value for money and great quality vitamins.

I have been vegan over 20 years and I have been a b12 dot girl but the price of them have skyrocketed and the amount of b12 included is 50% less than this one so I figured I would give it a try. Taste: Very good, like tropical fruit punch and the size is about three times bigger. It is chewable and easy to dissolve like the ones I am used to. It really is gluten free, I had no side effects. I only been taking one a day for three days now and my restless legs thing has gone away completely after the first dose, thank god. I have been out of b12 for about a month and I always know I need to get more when my legs start wanting to walk and I don't want to. I will buy this one again. I approve and am looking forward to trying two at one time to get my body back to normal. Just wanted to make sure I had no side effects and this is safe and good for Gluten free vegans who need b-12.

This NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Supplement (as cyanocobalamin) is perfect for my vegan lifestyle. I don't get B12 in my food, plus as we age, we all need more B-12, so this is working well for me. The tablets are small, taste delicious, and don't cause any stomach upset. I like that the instructions say you can chew these or let them dissolve under your tongue. So many brands recommend only the dissolving method, but I'm not the dissolving type! These include B-12, of course, but folate as well. These days, it seems like supplement companies are combining a variety of ingredients, and it's smart to be aware in case you're already taking one of the vitamins separately. I think these are a value for the money, and I will continue to order them.

B12 does not dissolve in mouth. It does feel like it works well. Lozenge must be broken up, to fully dissolve.

Small, tastes good, slight raspberry flavor, not too sweet or artificial they actually use Stevia, which I really appreciate. Vegan and a good price. No complaints!

Seems to be fine so far. As it doesn't dissolve I have to crush it for our Autistic daughter, but it can be added to water.
