This is a weighted jump rope but only the handles are weighted. They are .5lb in each handle and are removable. The jump rope itself is nice looking. It’s pretty easy to adjust the length and overall works just fine. I was using mine outside on concrete so it’s getting a little beat up. The picture looks like it may be a wire jump rope but it actually has a plastic coating so using it outside will probably wear it off sooner than later.

Not great, especially not good for shorter people. I am 5’4” and had to adjust the length significantly. The problem is, there isn’t enough room inside the handle to push the extra rope into. And unless you have a good pair of wire cutters, you will not be able to cut it down. Also when using this rope it constantly somehow gets twisted. So about every 30 seconds you have to stop to untangle it.

Terrible! The capped handle weights unscrew while you jump rope and came flying out. Terribly made and dangerous

A lil too long, made adjustments but the screw top come lose constantly, one then completely broke off.

The jump rope was great until it broke. Don't turn the top of the handles too tight or the plastic inside will break.

This is great. I love that the weights are removable.

I am new to jump roping and I am highly satisfied with this product. I would recommend this rope to others. It was easy to adjust the length. I look forward to the continued use of this jump rope.
