I am thrilled to share my review of the Tovolo Easy-Grip Mini Waffle! This little gadget has quickly become one of my all-time favorite kitchen tools and I am so excited to share it with others. Before discovering the Tovolo Easy-Grip Mini Waffle, I used to struggle with making waffles at home. I would often burn my fingers and hands trying to flip the waffles in the pan, and was never quite able to get them to turn out perfectly. But all of that has changed with the Tovolo Easy-Grip Mini Waffle. One of the things that I love most about this waffle maker is its compact size. It is the perfect size for making individual waffles, and is perfect for when I am cooking for one or just want a small snack. The easy-grip handle is also a great feature, as it makes it easy to flip the waffle maker without burning my fingers. I no longer have to worry about burning myself or ruining my waffles, and can simply enjoy perfectly toasty waffles anytime I want. Overall, the Tovolo Easy-Grip Mini Waffle is a fantastic invention and I am so happy to have discovered it. If you are a fan of waffles or are just looking for a fun and convenient way to cook up a small snack, I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed!

When these tongs first arrived, I thought that there would be no way that they would work since they're so small -- but they're great! The flat side goes underneath the waffle, and it helps you gently lift each waffle out, with no falling apart. They're easy to clean, and the sliding lever means that you can lock them into place so that they're closed. The red color is also fun! For years and years, I've used a regular set of tongs to remove waffles from the waffle iron, and the waffles would get stuck or fall apart. Not so with these tongs. These are one of those nice kitchen tools that you didn't realize you needed until you had one!

These tongs are smaller than I expected, and slightly less-effective than I expected. I found that using the flat side of the tongs, it's easier to pry a Belgian waffle out of the mold. Then, you can use both sides of the tongs to pick it up. So, really, any flat-edged silicone tongs would do. These work pretty well, but aren't as solid as our other tongs.

Nice little tongs. The fork portion is good for getting into the waffle pattern and grabbing them to pull out of the waffle maker. The plastic is hard, not soft silicone, and are very easy to clean. Usually a quick rinse is all it takes.

I bought this to use with my Hamilton Beach Belgian Waffle Maker, and I comes in really handy. It is very easy to clean, easy to use, and the maneuverability is a breeze, too. It has a nifty hanging ring attached to it, for convenient storing. Lifting the waffles from the waffle iron and from serving dish to plate is simple with this little handy tool. My only complaint is that is it has no locking mechanism to keep it closed when not in use. Past that, I highly recommend it for convenience and reasonable cost.

Great works well

I could not get Belgian waffles to work with these tongs. They are too short and the claw just gets in the way of the flat part. I had much better luck removing waffles with my melamine fork and my fingers. These simply did not work well enough for me. On the plus side, the working ends are solid plastic, so there is no way that metal could be exposed ever to scratch non-stick coatings. These seem to me to be well made but just not effective for me.

Not for me but it is absolutely perfect for what it is. I just use a fork. I'm older and have so much junk that its just something else to store. Its very cute and very durable and reasonably priced.

Such a great and fun addition to waffle making time. Very satisfying to slot the tongs in the waffle indents!

Sturdy and they do what they’re meant to do. I have a really nice breville waffle maker and it does not scratch the coating.
