Good product
I use these on old rims that use tubes. They protect the valve stem from rubbing on the rim and keep it fairly centered.

Fit my rims nicely with these inner tube spacers
These came quickly. My rims are for tr-15 inner-tubes with the larger hole for them. My new tires came with the tr-13 smaller vale stem. So I put these spacers in the rim and fit perfectly with the smaller valve size. So now all my rims have these spacers in them with the new tubes. They look factory original. The spacers work very well for me and hold the tr-13 vale stems in place. Glad I bought them.

Inner tube bushing
If you have a wheel rim with the large hole for a tubeless valve stem or industrial tube and wish to put a standard inner tube on the wheel, these bushings are made to fill the gap between the standard (slim) valve stem and the hole in the tube. They fit in the rim snugly, even need a little tap with a mallet to get fully inserted, but once in place they stay put and look to do their job well, which is to protect the tube/stem junction.

With older aluminum wheels, you will have modify the hole in the wheel a little. for steel rims.
I had to enlarge the hole in the aluminum rim to specified size and then I gluded them in.

Too pricey ,poor quality and not the right design
They are not good valve stem protectors,too much money for the number of the protectors that was in package,not long enough,very poor item
