Great deal! Installation, MEH!
Okay, so I followed instructions to the letter and, NOPE! DIDN'T WORK! Started over again, got "the click" from the unit and, NOPE! STILL DIDN'T WORK! Started over a 3rd time. STILL DIDN'T WORK! Long story short, 10 lbs. Of fat sweated off in a HOT, Las Vegas garage, 7 tries, frustration, irritation, aggravation, 1 hr, and plenty of screams later...I spotted the unit on my wall next to the entrance. I started the process AGAIN by pressing the "LEARN" button and VIOLA! IT WORKED!FYI, ADD THAT TIDBIT OF INFO TO THE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO!

Very hard to program, wrong instructions
As others have noted, the instructions provided with the one-button product are for a different 3-button product. If you look up the FCC ID and read the FCC user manual, it refers to a different one-button remote that doesn't have a programming button in the back. So the included instructions are for a different product, and the official FCC instructions are for a different product.I think what happened is that they revised the hardware by using the control board for a 893MAX and preprogrammed it for a yellow learn button, but never updated the documentation. If you have a yellow learn button, my advice is to NOT touch the programming button in the back. I was able to get my second remote to pair by not touching the programming button.I was finally able to get my first remote to pair, and I think I did something like this: (1) Press the programming button in the back, (2) Press the front button once, (3) Press the programming button in the back again. I think these steps will reprogram the remote for yellow learn button mode. After this you should be able to pair the remote by pressing the yellow learn button on your garage door opener and then pressing the big button on the remote.

Garage door opener
Works great with my Chamberlain head unit. Was super easy to install. However, I only bought the remote because the light seemed to be blue on the picture. It arrived in color red. Big disappointment, specialy agter realizing there are other similar ones for cheaper prices and whom actually shows what you get. Sorry for the disappointment everyone.
