Delicious and unique flavor
Very nice med to light beans. Smells sweet and floral. Mild acid. Great unique flavor you can recognize and appreciate over other beans. Really excellent. I brew in my xbloom studio and my coffee is next level. Facts.

Very Good
Bought this to give a try and was pleasantly surprised. Smooth and great tasting. Wish it was sold in a bigger bag.

Great coffee
This is some good coffee. The fragrance alone makes my day better. I enjoyed the smooth, rich flavoring of this blend. I bought a different blend from this company and I paid a pretty penny for it as it is a rarer type coffee. I had Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee before, and it was heavenly divine. But their version was not 100% authentic, I don’t believe. While the JBM coffee was quite good, it was not what I had hoped for. But this brand, Sumatran, was quite enjoyable and financially acceptable for what I received. I am a retired Fire Fighter. I love my coffee. I also am a snob. The cheap coffee at work was so horrible that I brought in my own coffee for shifts that I worked. I am not a coffee aficionado, but I appreciate a fine cup o joe.

A Really Great Coffee
I purchased this as a gift for a friend, but I got to enjoy some of it as well. For a "ground" coffee, this really was excellent. This is a very smooth, medium roast, and very flavorful coffee. You get a few lighter notes that you will rarely get in a "store brand" coffee that makes this very nice. Seems low in acidity. No, it is not bargain basement coffee, but it does not taste like bargain basement coffee either. I have to purchase more of this, but not sure it will be my daily grind so to speak. I drink a lot of coffee and there are some excellent coffees for a bit less money. Still, no regrets with this coffee. Really wonderful!

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - Not for Me?
Maybe Yirgacheffe is just not for me, but this is not exactly a pleasing tasting cup. I'll admit, the first time I brewed it was half my fault, as it was under extracted and very sour. I had to power through the first two brews, as they were SOUR. Dairy did not help at all, either. Most of this initial sourness seemed to be due to under extraction. I found that the water was not getting enough time to interact with the beans, because the pre-ground beans were too coarsely ground, so it was dripping down through to the carafe too quickly. I ground the pre-ground beans even finer in my manual burr grinder until the texture was closer to a medium sand, then I tried again with a pour over brew: the resulting cup was MUCH more palatable. That being said, there's still a rather noticeable acid flavor that I'm not fond of. If you enjoy more acids in your cup of joe, then this might be perfectly fine for you! It's not SUPER strong, now that I've found that grinding it finer helps a lot, but I think I just prefer something less acidic.

This one star is on AMAZON. The coffee itself is great
As always, the Volcanica coffee itself is excellent. This one star is for Amazon. They sent me 2 bags of coffee that were roasted 2 months ago. Not acceptable! At 20 bucks a bag, it should be fresh roasted. If you drink Volcanica you know they roast shortly before they ship. If you want Volcanica, get it directly from them, it will be fresh roasted!

Tanzania AA Coffee (Kilimanjaro ) Surprisingly nice flavor profile
Son served us KILIMANJARO coffee recently in Japan. Liked it. My husband will be sticking to his favorite Arabica brand, Duncan Donuts. I, on the other hand, will be using this product daily in combination with my locally sourced favorite, 100% KONA coffee. KONA has a beautiful, mellow flavor. But, sometimes, I find it a tad boring. The mixture with Kilimanjaro, lends KONA just the right amount of bite. Love it. I just wish the packaging would indicate the percentage of "Kilimanjaro." In Hawaii, coffees are labeled KONA, but vary anywhere from 10% - 100% of actual KONA content.

Rich and fruity
It has vibrant floral and fruity notes with a bright acidity that makes each sip feel lively and fresh. We brew it in a coffee machine or French press, it delivers a rich aroma and a perfectly balanced taste. If you enjoy high-quality, single-origin coffee with depth and character, Ethiopian beans are a must-try!
