I have been using Alikay hair products for sometime now and this is one of my favorites. Most of her products smell amazingly like pineapple and cherries. The fragrance is not over powering and strong enough to enjoy while applying and after applying products to hair. I would recommend the Black soap shampoo, Avocado hair mask, Lemongrass Leave in, Moisture Rich hair parfait and pomegranate oil. I have tired the full line of Alikay products and those are the ones that became a staple. I have 4c kinky coily hair and using these products leave my hair soft and manageable. I am a reformed product junkie. LOL I have tried a lot of brands. This brand is worth the buy.

My 5 star rating is based on my first time usage .. which just happened tonight! This got delivered and I instantly had to try it ....my hair feels so soft, full of bounce, actually feels hydrated! My hair is 100% natural (except the hair dye) and use all natural products , sulfate free , and still it he’d for my hair to hold moisture and still have body. This mask might just be that major key I have been missing! If you look at my picture, I just rinsed the mask out , towel dryer my hair , and took this pic! So as you can see this Is brining my hair life! As of now, definitely the best mask for my hair ! And trust me, this has been a challenge! Btw ... did you check out that price ! It’s a steal!

I have been using this for about a month, once a week. The mask smells nice, and I leave it in for about an hour. I have wavy/curly hair and was looking for a product that would hydrate and make my hair less frizzy. I would say this hydrates, but not in a significant way. I will be trying a different brand once this one runs out, but I do like that this is natural ingredients.

I was quite curious about this product but I heard mixed reviews about it, I decided to give it a try because The brand is black owned and I'm ready to invest into my own before anyone else when I can. I used this product during my quest to finally wear my natural hair out for the first time in a long time. A few points... - The texture of this conditioner is VERY soft almost like a chunky pudding? Think batter. it spreads easily though which was super important for me because I try to use a sparing hand when applying conditioner. Especially one that is expensive. - The Color...The color of this conditioner might be off putting to some because many people are under the impression that a conditioner must be white in order to be "Natural" which is simply not true. This product contains avocado which is green so I imagine this is the reason this product has this color.

I use this product as a pretreatment before I shampoo because usually my hair is dry before I shampoo which causes my hair to clump. This mask seems to help moisturize and create more elasticity- less breakage. As for growth I haven't seen evidence of that

This product works great as a conditioning treatment/mask. I use this on both me and my daughter's hair. My daughter's hair is all natural and this product absorbs great and keeps her hair conditioned. I usally put it on her hair after shampoo and let it sit for an hour under plastic cap. Wash it out and two strand twist. For me, however, when I use this product as a deep conditioner with a cap and then wash out, my hair is left very oily. No fault of the product. My hair already produces a lot of oil and this conditioner just leaves it extremely oily when I decide to blow dry and flat iron my hair resulting in less bounce. Just something to think about if your hair produces a lot of oil on its own. However, if I leave it natural, this works great as a mask before twisting or doing whatever other style.

I noticed that my mask came a lot darker and greener than the reviews I watched and read. I thought could have simply been the batch. But then I realized I also had very little to no 'beads' and chunks in my mask either. And the color seemed like a dye. The green color would actually stick to and around my finger nails. So I decided to order one directly from the Alikay website, and ofcourse the product I received from them was completely different. It was a lighter green, just as I had seen from the video reviews I watched, it had many little particles through out, the color did not stain in any way AND the consistency and texture was COMPLETELY different. I have no idea what I received... either a really bad batch OR my product was adulterated. Either way, not too happy that I have to worry about this, money wasted. And also questionable that this product can not be returned. Waste of money.

This review is after one use. My hair is heat damaged and really dry (due to constant beach water, pool chlorine, and brutal FL summer sun) prior to using this conditioner. It would not take in oil/water and it would no longer coil like it usually does (first pic in orange dress). After washing and applying the conditioner my curl pattern did slightly come back (second pic grey and orange top). I sat under the dryer with the conditioner in for about 20-30 mins, and some of my coils came back to life and I actually saw shrinkage (last pic). I’m happy with the hydration this product gave me, 4 stars to the value for money because it’s a small jar for the price, and thick haired natural girls would probably use half of this container in one wash day.

I like it as it is easy to use has natural ingredients and works well on the texture of my hair

Ho ricevuto il prodotto chiuso ma senza pellicola protettiva interna. Ho quindi il sospetto che fosse già stato aperto, restituito e poi rivenduto come nuovo...

I love this mask very much and I will not find anything like it in quality. It makes my hair very healthy, but I have not bought it anymore recently because of its very high price, as the currency price is very high in Saudi Riyals, so I would really like to reduce the price of the product so that everyone can enjoy the wonderful product.

It makes hair looks oily. I am not seeing any moisturizing effect too. Will not recommend.

An sich eine gute Maske mit pflegenden Inhaltsstoffen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sie sich nicht so auswaschen lässt. Ich bleib daher in Zukunft lieber bei meiner selbst gemachten Maske
