Out of all my 12 or so years ordering items from Amazon, this product is BY FAR the best thing I have ever purchased for myself. Hypothyroidism has caused me to have extremely dry heels, and they crack and hurt daily. After one use from this file and following with my foot cream my heels are BABY soft. They have never looked this good in almost 10 years. I am blown away at how gentle but effective this is. I will never go back to that cheese grater thing they use at salons. It is damaging and dangerous and my heels were always more dry the next day. This is the best thing since sliced bread.

I live in the desert, swim and wear flip flops - a combination that really causes very dry cracked heals. I’ve tried all the sandpaper, graters, exfoliates and finally found this product. It works and on dry skin. A little “sanding” in the morning over a couple of weeks and moisturizer at night (bag balm is the best) and finally my feet are not only healthy looking but smooth and crack free.

A friend highly recommended this in lieu of a rasp and it definitely works well.

I have been looking for one of these for years now and I am too glad to have found it. I've purchased a WIDE variety of foot files, this tool by far has been the best defense for my dry cracked heels. i wish i would have done a before and after picture,but i wasn't expecting these results. definitely buying again worth every penny!

This is for if you have a seriously neglected callous.For normal filing, I would use something weaker.Nevertheless, this gets the job done.I am allergic to nickel, so the description did make me apprehensive, but I have had no skin irritation after use.

This product is absolutely amazing for removing dry flaking skin from your feet. Plus there is no risk of cutting or damaging your feet.

I have the greatest husband in the world! He does my feet for me. I try to do them once or twice a month. He loves this tool. My feet are not coarse, but I want them to stay that way. This tool does not tear up the foot, but it is way better than the picture makes it out to be. If someone has genuine foot issues, this might help, but it wouldn’t be the greatest tool you could have. We love this for my needs.

Works perfectly and easy to clean. Almost no mess on the nickel pad after. the handle is very thin but does not affect the over all function.
