Loved product but return is a hassle!
The media could not be loaded. Not sure why this stopped working. Having to send this back and get a replacement. I like that I’m getting a replacement but having to go through the trouble of having to dry this out, find the perfect box and finding a ups store when it’s broken is not what I had in mind. Only because I love this product. The product I give a 4 but the hassle of having to send back in like 4 days time frame is a 1.

The lights on this air purifier is so cool. You also have an option to turn it off & it really works just add your favorite aroma and will have your house smelling good within minutes.

Not the quality I had hoped for
Design is good - led colors are good - size is good - noise not so good. The probe has a slight bend to it causing a wave effect and noise.
