I have ordered these flags for three years straight now, and I will continue to do so! I work in Higher Education, and I ordered the flags for my Resident Assistants. Each RA gets a flag for their building to decorate according to their theme for the year. They have such a fun time with this. The flags are a little bit sheer, so we do have to put drop cloths down because they paint the flags. The paint will also sometimes bleed through, but now that I know that, I'm able to warn the RAs and they do just fine. The paint will make the flag a little bit stiff, but it still functions like a flag. I also think these could work great with markers. Overall, for their purpose and price, these are fantastic!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I normally paint silk. These are different but the price is right.

These couldn't be made any more cheaply. The stitching isn't good, and right out of the package they are frayed around the edges. The fabric is so tissue paper thin, that the gromets serve no purpose---it pulls apart from the fabric with just a little bit of tension. Consider these one-time-use (maybe) and disposable.

Size was correct, and stitching was fine. Grommets were poorly made, though installed correctly. However the material was very thin and see-through even in dim light. Would not order again.

You definitely get what you pay for with the quality. They were extremely thin so when I tried painting them all the paint soaked through to the table underneath
