Works!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is magic! I have rugs that I purchased way back in 2009 that I have washed *at least* monthly in the washing machine. The rubber has all worn off the back and they were sliding around my kitchen,I use them over comfort mats in front of the oven and sink. 1 jar covered two 30inx48in rugs. It was fun to apply and works perfectly.

Paints on easily, dries overnight best
Easy to paint with a brush onto the back of my finished tufting project. Smells a bit fishy, but otherwise, good viscosity and easy to apply. Easy to clean off brush with water. Don't wait too long to clean though as the coating when dry isn't easy to remove from the brush. Definitely holds the back yarns in place.

Small container; wrecked a paint brush!
Applied it last evening; appears that it will do what we want. Two cautions: It's a relatively small container and covered about 25-30 sq feet; I'd have put it on heavier if I'd had more. Also, it wrecked the good paint brush I used; use a 'throw away' brush! Otherwise seems a useful product.

Works well to grip
I used this on an oriental throw rug that was moving around on the tile floor. This did the trick wonderfully. I didn't do any particular pattern, just blobs in the corners, along edges, and a few blobs randomly placed.

Terrible Mess...Rugs Stick Together
I used this product on three bathroom rugs. It certainly keeps them from sliding around. But when I washed them they all stuck together in a big ball. I had to rip them apart. That caused the yarn in the rugs to pull out. HUGE MESS. Washed again in cold water and dried in low heat dryer...same problem of sticking together.Had to throw away the rugs. Not happy with this product at all.

Brush on latex rug backing
I like the latex rug backing .I believe it will last and be washable . the rug is a runner about 22" by 60 " , the 16 ozTub was enough to cover back of rug . it was too expensive expensive

Works, I hope?
Product was easy to apply (recommend you tape off the edges of your rug's right sides to prevent getting it on there as product is runny of course). It's smell is naturally like rubber but I did my rugs outside & let them dry for several hours before bringing them in & now there's only a slight smell.Label is confusing because it says machine washable & dryable; on se label it has a warning stating not to allow the product to come in contact with itself once dry. Lol, so how do you stop that from happening when you put your rug in the washer & dryer? Asked the maker & got no response back yet.Product adhered to my clean rug backs, seems not to prevent slipping, but concerned about future laundering.Product is very, very expensive.

GET THIS!
I have tried a number of products to keep my rugs on tile in place without slipping. No luck. It took me too long to find this product. It’s FANTASTIC! It goes on white but is clear when it dries. I have now done every throw rug in my house. I have washed the smaller ones in the washer and the backing still works!
