Bad Heilbrunner Husten- und Bronchial Tea / cough and bronchial tea (4 Packs each 8 Teabags) - fresh from Germany

This is an excellent bronchial tea from Germany. In 1989 I was introduced to this tea in Pruem, Germany. I was told to drink as much as i could to get over a bad cough, then drink a cup in the morning and another at night for a while. As time goes on, you can reduce to one cup a day. I did. The horrible cough went away. I continued to drink this tea. The secret to this tea is to drink a lot of it to get rid of the cough. Then follow through with the directions a German lady gave me listed in the previous paragraph. She and her sister had done this for years, each morning, never had an awful cough again. This is the best bronchial tea i have ever found. Hands down. This can be a long term intervention that heals.

Some German dude I dated gave me these when I was sick, and they helped so much I still buy them even at the crazy Amazon markup. No idea what's in them but they are great to have when you're sick.

I have not had a severe cold to see if it works

I first learned about this tea when I visited Germany in 2018 and have been using it ever since. When I get sick and a cough develops, which settles into my chest, I go for this tea. I won't make a claim that it cures my cough, but it does give me some relief to breathe easier with less coughing. If you are a smoker of any persuasion, I would highly recommend drinking this tea. It does wonders for chest congestion and my lungs feel much happier after having a cup. I no longer wake up with tightness in my chest, which is maybe the best part.

When I was stationed in Germany and got sick with a cold or sore throat, instead of going to the military hospital I would go to the local Apotheke and this tea was always recommended. The taste is something you have to get used to, I add lots of honey, but the overall heath benefit is worth it. This tea cuts down my recovering time from winter colds.

An outstanding product of which I became acquainted with while stationed with the US Forces in Germany. The family of Bad Heilbrunner tea offer a diverse collection of tea that are not easy to find in the USA. The quality and taste of these are excellent. The intended purpose of each tea is indeed very effective as related to the part of the human body or malady for which intended. This tea, along with four others, arrived in sound condition more than two (2) weeks ahead of promised delivery date. I suggest that tea lovers consider trying this or one of the other Bad Heilbrunner teas.

The only problem is that all the instructions, ingredients, and information is written in German. I don’t speak or read German, so I have no access to important information. This makes me very nervous as I’m on several medications and have no clue if this tea will cause an adverse reaction.
