I cannot get a human being for customer support. The umbrella is beautiful, but the tilt function doesn’t click in. There are no helpful videos and the chat bot is sending me into a loop to submit a ticket. After spending 45 minutes trying to get help through chat bot, I have to post a review and hope that they will respond to me.

I love my bright yellow sunbrella! My patio looks cheerful and inviting regardless of the weather. The umbrella is well made and will last a long time. My last sunbrella provided shade during the hot Mississippi summers and lasted 13 years. When I finally gave it away it was still a good umbrella! Buy one. They're great!
