This stuff is amazing its my go to in the winter to help keep the winter blues away with not being sick

EDIT June 5 2021: Sports Research has updated the listing for this product to reflect the addition of D3 so I have updated my rating. See below for my original review since this could happen again in the future. We've been taking this elderberry supplement along with vitamin D3 and K2 as a daily or semi-daily vitamin to help with fighting off getting sick, especially last year. I think it works well since we haven't gotten sick at all lately. But the latest bottle I received on January 26 2021 had an interesting surprise: Sports Research has added 5000IU vitamin D3 and ginger to this, and increased the zinc and C amounts. I didn't see that reflected here on the product page, so I wanted to post it to warn anyone that might not catch it. See pics for new ingredient amounts. Don't get me wrong, I think the added D3 and increased zinc and C is great, and means you don't have to swallow so many pills if you are already taking vitamin D3 anyway. BUT if you are already taking D3 and start doubling it with this, or might have interactions with other prescriptions being taken, this is important for people to know because of the potential for bad side effects and SR should not have changed this product without warning or making it more apparent on the label that it had been changed. The capsule size is also HUGE now. They look even bigger than the old formula, which was already a big pill. Love Sports Research supplements.

I take multiple Sports Research Supplements. I trust the company & the product they make. Elderberry has many benefits which is why I purchased these. There was no taste & were very easy to swallow. Unfortunately I found after 2 days of using them my stomach cramping was from beginning these. So I stopped using. For me personally they didn’t work with my system. I know experiences are different for everybody. So just a heads up on possible side effects. I do trust Sports Research & will continue use of my other supplements.

I LOVE Sports Research! I use several of their products. This one in particular has helped me stay healthy despite 2 roommates being recently sick. I don’t have any side effects other than being more healthy!

Love, love my elderberry capsules! Another great supplement by Sports Research! I love that zinc and vit c are also included; also great for fighting colds, sinus, etc and the pill isn't too big. I drink elderberry tea and also always see the syrup or gummies. I was very happy to find these in capsule form so that I can get a greater amount in my system and because I worry about gummies possibly increasing my glucose. My hope is that this supplement will help to keep my immune system intact, especially during the pandemic. At this point, I haven't been sick, which is great considering...

This is the second Sports Research product that I have purchased. I like that the bottles do not allow light through to damage the product and they are easy-open bottles. The size of the pills are easy to swallow. I searched for quality supplements and had seen this brand had amazing reviews and some of the most quality ingredients. The Biotin that I purchased prior to the Elderberry has done wonders for my hair and nails; my hair stylist compliments on how healthy and long my hair is every time I go in. I'm taking Elderberry for immunity support so crossing fingers that it helps keep me well.
