Beautiful Bright Light
I bought these to replace the fog lights in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I was looking for brighter lights (including headlights) as the OEM headlights in the truck were not that bright, and I didn't like driving the truck at night as I didn't feel like the OEM headlights had enough throw to properly illuminate the road in front of me. Once I replaced the headlights, I wanted foglights that matched the headlights in terms of color. My search eventually led me to these headlights.Upon receiving the headlights in the mail, I was impressed with the packaging and the headlights themselves seemed to be high quality. The wiring for the headlights was left bare, but they did provide you with standard connectors to attach to the wiring. I assume the reason for this is that wiring connectors vary from vehicle to vehicle so they wanted to make the lights adaptable to as many cars as possible. I would recommend for anyone installing the lights, however, to google how the wires should be installed in the connector. With LED lights polarity is important (the lights won't work if you wire them in backwards), so if you wire the connectors in backwards you'll be adding an extra step for yourself as you will have to uninstall the light, switch the wiring and then have to reinstall them.In terms of installation it was easy and took less than an hour. I read the Toyota manual on how to access the lights properly and accessed the lights through the wheel well. There are a number of screws and tabs you have to remove to get the wheel well covers off, so take your time, be careful, and don't force anything. The lights were an exact fit, and looked better than the OEM lights when finally in place and installed.I didn't have to adjust the lights to correct the beam pattern, they were pretty much were they should be, but for those that need to there is a screw built into the side of the light for that purpose. If you have to adjust them, and haven't done it before, I'd recommend googling a how to video on youtube. There are a number of great easy to follow videos on the subject. In terms of the beam pattern, they as other reviewers pointed out more focused than halogen headlights (which is a normal problem with LED lights), but Morimoto knew what they were doing. When sitting in the cab, due to the length of the hood and the height above the road, there is about a car length in front of the truck were you can't see the ground. Knowing this, Morimoto choose to focus the beam just in front of this spot and the lights illuminate from that point to just were your headlights start. It's seamless and just were you want it to be (Fog lights are supposed to be angled lower so that the light doesn't bounce off the fog and blind you). The lights also throw more to the sides of the vehicle, so you also have better peripheral illumination. The last thing that I want to point out about these lights is that as these are LED replacement lights, and not LED retrofits to a halogen light housing, they are probably one of the few options to upgrade a vehicle with stock OEM halogen to LED lights legally (please bear in mind I'm not an attorney, and this is only my opinion). While in practical terms a police officer is unlikely to pull you over unless you are doing something crazy or obviously illegal, for those that wan't to be strictly compliant, this is probably one of the better/only options.I'm 100% happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading their headlights. Also, for those of you who are fog light purists out there, they do also sell fog lights with a yellow filter. So if the the white color is making you hesitate, they have you covered there as well.

Just Awesome!
The Morimoto XB Type T Fog Lights (Type T for Toyota) DO indeed fit the 6th generation Subaru Legacy (2015-2019). They are also a VERY worthy upgrade to the stock factory fog lights (which are terrible). The Morimoto's throw WAAAAAY more light both more widely (especially to the left and right sides of the car which is welcome) as well as MUCH further into the distance (also very welcome)! Two small modifications need to be made for installation, but these can be accomplished easily and with minimal tools. If you can get under the car and remove the plastic shield, you can install these lights. The mounting bracket is made from plastic (so is the OEM mounting bracket). 1) You need to shave some of the support angle back so there is room for the flange of the mounting screw to sit flat on both of the inner mounting tabs. This is easy to accomplish with a razor knife, just work carefully and a little bit at a time. 2) The hole in the lower mounting tab needs to be enlarged so it accommodates the bushing of the mounting bolt. This can be done with a razor knife or a round rasp file. Again, just work carefully and gently. When the bolt fits through the hole and sits flat, you're all set. Secure the top mounting tab first with the body clip. The alignment of the lower mounting tab is off by just a pinch, so when you are tightening the bolt, just push the tab up a bit with you finger at it will fit fine! Don't over tighten and don't forget to properly align your new lights.

Great Upgrade
Purchased these for my 14 Tacoma. I had LED bulbs in the stock housing, but the output was lacking and my housing was leaking so I decided to go with these. They look much cleaner due to the black reflector background and the output is night and day no pun intended. They have a sharp cut off and focus the light versus my previous setup which seemed to scatter the light. As some have mentioned in the forums, the connectors are left for the end user to hookup due to differing polarity, so you want to follow the directions and due a mach up before putting the connectors on. I was a little concerned about water so I wrapped the connections with loom tape, but they would probably be fine w/o, I'm just OCD. As far as installing them into the stock holes, couldnt be easier. One side slips in and you screw in the other just like the stockers.

Easy install, good fit
Easy install, good fit, they are bright, would be a 5 star if they included the connector parts. They're supposed to be in the box but they were forgotten. I will change to 5 stars if seller sends the plastic wire connector pieces.

Nice 10 yr warranty
Nice and bright white but the beam is narrow vertically (designed this way for some reason).... horizontally it's nice and wide.

Better Than OE
Bright. I had Xenon Depot LED bulbs in my original housing for my 2017 4Runner limited, and these blow those out of the water. It is absolutely a worthwhile purchase if you’re looking to upgrade from your OE fog lights. The pattern is sort of weird at first look at the wall when aiming them, but on the road, the pattern has a good cut off and a good wide coverage.Only thing was, the lights weren’t a PERFECT match, but it did screw in with a little persuasion.

Very Nice Product
Happy to report that Amazon is shipping these fogs with black inner bezel instead of the older chrome bezel. Easy to install and a direct fit to my Sienna. These are bright and wide with a very clean cut off line. Looks good both off and on. Lamin-X is not very easy to install on these as the curvature causes the material to bunch up and lift around the edges. The wires do seem a bit thin for automotive use. Overall am satisfied with this product and hope it lasts many years.

Great lights! Huge improvement
Great product. Easy install. Very high quality. Looks great on my 2019 RAV4 with significant improvements over the stock fog lights while remaining legal.

These are amazing, high quality Lights
I have a set on my F150 and they are awesome quality and fit. However i ordered a set for my Subaru Legacy and although the Quality is awesome i had fitment issues. The Model T-type fitment chart indicates they are for my vehicle but did not fit correctly. The re-seller and Morimoto were great to deal with and refunded my purchase with no issues once i described the problem.

Stopped working after 6 months
Great lights while they worked... but they stopped working after 6 months. I contacted Morimoto, who said that I would have to go through Amazon to get the warranty done; and Amazon asking me to go to Morimoto directly.Ended up that I never got replacement. I do not blame Amazon, as I always had a great experience with. The warranty was from Morimoto and they should have replaced it wether purchased from their website or Amazon. Too bad, those lights were amazing when they worked. I'm going to go the Baja Design route this time around.

Nice looking tinted fogs... that’s all it is!
Nice looking tinted fogs... that’s all it is! Don’t expect to get results like you see on YouTube and other media because you’ll be disappointed. Not as bright as i had hope.
