Great Halloween or Dog Parade Costume!
I bought this jockey costume for Halloween for my Maltese. It's slightly too large. I will need to make adjustments, but, I liked it so much, I did not return it. It's soooooooo cute! It's a little pricey, though. When I initially searched for it to buy, it was $20. I should have bought it then. I think I paid $30.

Adorable & funny!
I love this harness. I put it on my Shih-Tzu for our Belmont Stakes day celebrations and everyone got such a kick out of it! I put it on her while my boyfriend wasn’t looking and when she walked over to him with it on, he cracked up! We spent the day at a lodge and all of the patrons were stopping to say hi and to tell us how cute she looked. She didn’t mind it at all, no fussing! And it’s functional, it has a ring on it for a leash, but I didn’t need to use one much there. I knocked off a star because it would inevitably fall to one side, so I kept having to readjust it, but the laughs outnumbered the adjustments. :) We will be using this for the triple crown races for years to come! Decent quality and fit well. Would buy again.

Cute but poor design
What it is missing is a way to keep the rider centered on the back. There’s a ring on the back but no apparent use for it - what it needs is a way to connect the hands to your dogs collar - it would then still move in an animated way but stay centered

Jockey Size same for little dogs & big dogs
This looked so cute online, but was disappointed when it came. Most Halloween costumes enlarge proportionately for larger sizes, BUT THIS DOES NOT. I purchased the X-Large for my German Shepard and the jockey was so small, it looked terrible. I gave it to a friend with a little smaller dog. It was still a little out of proportion, but was more doable. I gave 3 stars because the jockey was cute (for smaller dogs), but suggest bigger dogs look elsewhere.

Cute but not practical
This fits my dog great and looks fine until he moves at all. The jockey falls over and looks awful. There's no way to adjust the jockey to have him sit up straight. This was a huge disappointment.

Cute but needed to doctor it a bit
Very cute and good for a laugh. I have a whippet so had to take in the straps a bit, but expected that. I sewed the elbows to the knees to keep the little guy upright- otherwise he just flops and lays on their back. Once you stabilize the jockey, works great
