Might as well be new.
Does everything I need it to. Looks brand new, battery is great, everything is accurate. Only reason for 4 stars is I first received one that obviously wasn't refurbished. A bit beat up, battery died in minutes. Very happy with how it was handled though.

Wrong order, but it is the right Fitbit!
I accidentally ordered the wrong Fitbit model—I needed the Charge 4 but ended up with the Charge 2. Naturally, my extra watchbands and charging cables didn’t fit, and it’s quite different from the Charge 4 in terms of functionality. To my surprise, I actually prefer this one!The Charge 2 does everything I need: it tracks steps, monitors sleep and heart rate, tells time, and even serves as a wake-up alarm. Its simplicity is refreshing, and it feels more rugged than the Charge 4. After using it for over a month, I’m thoroughly impressed. I only need to charge it for about 30-60 minutes once a week, making it incredibly low-maintenance.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Product out of the box didn't work. The return policy is complete trash. Don't waste your time doing business with them. Buyer beware!!!!!

Much better than the Charge 4.
My first Fitbit was a Charge 2 I bought at Best Buy on sale and I liked it and used it. That was when the app worked on a Windows pc, was easy to navigate and I did well, lost 15 pounds tracking my calories in and out. When it finally died I bought a Charge 4 again at Best Buy, did not like it as well and then the app became android only. Don't like using a phone and the android app was much harder to navigate on a tablet. As a result I slowly quit using it and then the Charge 4 would not link to my tablet at all. Saw this Charge 2 and decided to take a chance and so far very happy with it. Linked right up to my tablet, the android app still sucks but I've gotten back to using it and tracking things again. If it holds up as well as my previous Charge 2 I will be happy.

This fitbit quit working two days ago (Friday 1/29/2021)
I purchased it the end of October, 2020.I don't think it should stop working after only a 2.3 months. I have returned it & they just kept it. No refund or replacement! Do not do business with this vendor!
