Quality brand!
Bought a whole range of North Mountain Supply for my first crack at wild grape wine. Aparently concord grapes have a naturally low PH and so an acid blend is needed. Wanted to make sure everything went right, this can't hurt to add to make sure your yeast has everything it needs to do its thing Can't wait to taste my wine in a few months.

Not sure if I'm using it correctly.
I think it works. I add a little into my homebrew before assign the yeast. Not sure if that's the correct order of things but I haven't really noticed any difference. It definitely doesn't cause any problems though.
