The best chips. If you live in a big city you can probably get them for less, but I live in the boonies and these were a good deal for me with Prime.

Terrible do not waste your money

i've been a customer is the past. a short time ago i purchased this product and it was delicious, worked beautifully in my recipes. am purchasing another 20 pounds today. my customers love my cheesecake and without ghiradelli, it would be a very bland cheesecake. love you guys, keep up the good work

I didn't do the research, and if I had, I would have learned that if chocolate isn't in the name, it's most likely not really in there! It's palm oil, which is nearly as bad as hydrogenated oils. I won't buy this again. I will make sure it's real, pure chocolate next time.

There is no cocoa butter in these. They are just sugar, palm oils, milk powder, lecithin and vanilla. "White chocolate" must contain 20% cocoa butter in the US and EU, which is why these are just sold as "chips." They don't melt quite the same as real white chocolate.

It is impossible to find an ingredient list!On the internet the ingredients start with whole milk powder and vanilla, and nothing else.What about sugar and cocoa butter?If you call Ghirardelli, they will tell you, they don't have an ingredient list!Unfortunately, Trader Joes only carries white chocolate chips around Christmas.Maybe if enough people called TJs and asked for white chocolate chips, they would carry them the rest of the year.Hint, hint!
