Q: Is this one bag or 4 bags?

I got only one bag instead of the four I was expecting! Trying to get the seller/Amazon to respond to this issue.

Q: Do I need to temper this chocolate if I'm dipping cakepops?

We didn't need to temper it when using it. In fact we just melted and dipped whatever we intended to in it and it worked out very well. We've dipped cherries, gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies, and made peppermint bark with it.

Q: What is the ingredient "FLAVORS" comprised of?

Hmm, you should probably contact King David's customer service for that question. It might just be a collective of "secret ingredients" to make the chips have a particular taste, or flavor, to the King David brand. They really are delicious tho and 4 bags last me a year, just use moderation in processed sweets:)
