The material feels resistant and of good quality; it does not slip even when you sweat, which provides a lot of safety during postures. I bought this yoga mat for my home workouts and I love it. I use it both for yoga and for exercises at home. Once I roll it, I put it in the bag, and it stays rolled and is easy to transport/store. Great yoga mat at a great price! The color is a lovely soft green with contrasting gray on the reverse side, and it didn’t have a bad smell when I opened it. Simple, works well.

I’ve tried a few mats recently and by far while this is a pretty thin Kat, the density of the foam was terrific and so my knees didn’t hurt. Slip resistance is good.

I've tried a lot of yoga matts over my lifetime but I think I have finally found the one. It is thick and comfy. It actually stay put instead of sliding around when I change positions. My knees and elbows are no longer screaming at me, there is enough cushoning without feeling like im sinking in quick sand. When unboxing it didnt have any unpleasant odors unlike some yoga matts I have possessed. Easy to clean and even came with a carrying case with straps. So thats an added plus. If you are in need of a solid matt that won't betray you mid pose this is the one. LOVE the color choices too!

I use my mat for HIIT training, this mat is really good for not slipping like my previous mat did but if jumping on it will move slightly, but not a safety issue. I loved how well packaged the product was and it has its only storage/carrier case. When I first unfolded one end slightly raised but just rolled it the other way and left for a day and it was fine laid flat on the floor. Highly recommend this mat really comfortable to do sit ups etc on although not super thick.

Wanted to invest in a higher quality mat as my old yoga mat was too slippy to hold certain poses. This was perfect. Nice quality and thickness, looks great, reversible and definitely more friction for better holds.

The quality isn't as good as I expected—it's just thin foam—but I needed it urgently and couldn't be bothered to return it.
